Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Process:
    • Contact customer support to initiate a return.
    • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Ship the product back to the specified address.
    • Provide tracking information to customer support.

Refunds Policy:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized products and digital services are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees:

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or defective products can be returned without a restocking fee, and return shipping will be covered.
